Another epic game in a small box is on its way by Gamelyn Games. This time it creates a sense of nostalgia, as Tiny Epic Quest has been inspired by old Nintendo games (see the cover to get a hint). Each one of you will take control of three elf heroes, questing to save the world from the intruding goblins, in a sandbox adventure!

The goal of the game is to either slay all the goblins or close the portal that they opened for their evil deeds. But do not flatter yourselves! There is only one place for a true hero and that will be the player with the most victory points at the end of the game! You can acquire victory points in different ways, like slaying goblins, learning spells and completing various quests. Each round is broken into two phases: day and night. During the day, you will travel on foot, by horse, by raft, by boat and by gryphon in order to explore the land and make your heroes stronger through artifacts and powerful spells! It seems that during the night you will have to face the “consequences” of your decisions and press your luck for better results.

I am always in for some tiny moments of epicness and Tiny Epic Quest seems to have a lot of those! We shall wait and see, as the Kickstarter campaign will be launched on October 28th!
