Stellar Armada – Get Ready for a Space Combat

Stellar Armada is a microgame of starship combat. Each player controls a powerful star cruiser with numerous systems and weapons and aims at outwitting their opponents and get to victory.

Players manage the systems of their ships and they can spend reactor energy in order to fire weapons, recharge shields, repair damaged systems and take evasive maneuvers. Each player gets a star cruiser mat, which they use for two reasons. The first is to list systems and quickly figure out what systems are available and how many of each system exists. The second is to track damage. As ships take damage or exhaust missiles, each player can track what systems remain for combat and survival. The game ends when a player’s reactor is destroyed or a tactical victory is won, that is a player is unable to return fire. If neither player can win, a tie is declared.

Stellar Armada is a fast-paced game where making the right decisions will be crucial to victory. During this battle, your reactors may blow and oxygen might stream into space! But will you fight to the last breath of your ship?

The game has been planned for release in 2017.
