NOTE: If you steal a safe that puts you over your current safe limit, secretly look at that safe and then choose which safes to keep. The safe that you do not keep is abandoned; place
it facedown at its matching site. Be sure to keep all tokens on it. Players can scout and steal this safe as normal.
